Bus schedule: www.satiksme.jurmala.lv

Starting from May 25th of this year, public transport services within Jūrmala city’s bus route network will be provided by SIA “Tukuma auto”. The change of carrier is due to the contract with the current service provider, SIA “Jūrmalas autobusu satiksme”, expiring on May 24th.

Adapted transport must be requested at least 24 hours in advance

To ensure the continuity of public transport services, during the transition period (provisionally – until July 1st), temporary buses will be used additionally – on routes 1, 2, 5, and 7 buses will not be adapted for passengers with mobility impairments or prams, while on routes 3, 4, and 6 not all buses will be suitable for these passengers. An adapted bus can be requested by calling SIA “Tukuma auto”’s unified toll-free number 80700002; the service will be available starting May 24th.

All passenger discounts remain

After May 25th, all Jūrmala public transport buses will continue to operate according to the currently valid schedules. Existing discounts for passengers with a Jūrmala resident card (100% discount or free travel), as well as for passenger groups eligible for state-mandated benefits, will also remain in effect. For passengers not entitled to free travel, cashless payments will be available on buses. The option to purchase monthly tickets will also be retained; these can be bought at two locations in Jūrmala – at the “Narvesen” retail point near the “Sloka” railway station and at the “Neste” petrol station at Viestura Street 21. Previously purchased monthly tickets can be used until their expiry date.

We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to also use the free train rides provided by the municipality.
