AS Larnekt becomes Hansa Bus. Operating with 10 silver mini vans with all the conveniences and trimmings

Establishment of regular lines division (transporting the company’s employees to offices and back home)

Hansa Bus acquires 100% of its main competitor in charter services- AS TAK Reisid

NTH Holding was established (which has been re-named as Hansa Group since 2018)
2004
50% participation in Bus Department of Balti Autoliising is acquired. Regular lines, drivers and customers of BAL are taken over as the result of the transaction.

Hansa Bus launches Hop On Hop Off City tours with red double decker buses and creates a trademark- Tallinn City Tour

97.2% participation in AS Mulgi Reisid was acquired, resulting in entry to Estonian regular lines market
2006
Entry to Latvian market results in establishment of trademarks Hansabuss Latvia and Riga City Tour
2013
Mulgi Reisid AS providing county bus line and bus ordering services will bear a new name Hansa Bussiliinid AS with brand Hansa Liinid
2016
Hansabuss acquires 91 per cent majority holding in Latvian company Tukuma Auto SIA, which in addition to bus transport services in Latvia also offers national and international road transport services through its subsidiary
2017
Hansabuss AS acquired 100 per cent holding in Latvian company AIPS SIA, which in addition to bus transport services also provides maintenance and repair services for buses and operates Bauska bus station through companies belonging to the group
2019
Latvian bus lines companies Tukuma Auto, Ludzas ATU and AIPS SIA have been all grouped under the brand name of Hansa Lines
2020
