Pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumu p\u0101rdo\u0161anas noteikumi
\n<\/strong>
\n\u0160ie pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumu p\u0101rdo\u0161anas noteikumi (turpm\u0101k \u2013 P\u0101rdo\u0161anas noteikumi) attiecas uz visiem nom\u0101tajiem transporta pakalpojumiem, ko sniedz AS Hansabuss. P\u0101rdo\u0161anas noteikumi ir neatsaucama pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu l\u012bguma sast\u0101vda\u013ca starp AS Hansabuss un Klientu. Ja \u0161ajos P\u0101rdo\u0161anas noteikumos nav noteikts cit\u0101di, jebkur\u0161 \u0161eit min\u0113tais termins tiek izmantots atbilsto\u0161i autobusa p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu noteikumos (turpm\u0101k \u2013 P\u0101rvad\u0101jumu noteikumi) nor\u0101d\u012btai noz\u012bmei, kas public\u0113ti AS Hansabuss m\u0101jaslap\u0101 Hansabuss.ee.<\/p>\n

Pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumu rezerv\u0101cija<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.1. Lai rezerv\u0113tu pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumus, Klientam ir j\u0101iesniedz Hansabuss kot\u0101cijas piepras\u012bjums, aizpildot un nos\u016btot atbilsto\u0161u veidlapu no Hansabuss m\u0101jaslapas vai nos\u016btot e-pastu vai faksu Hansabuss.<\/p>\n

1.2. Hansabuss atbild\u0113s uz Klienta kot\u0101cijas piepras\u012bjumu (ieskaitot pied\u0101v\u0101jumu) uz kot\u0101cijas piepras\u012bjum\u0101 nor\u0101d\u012bto e-pasta adresi vai faksa numuru vai izmantojot citus, starp Pus\u0113m saska\u0146otus, kontaktus.<\/p>\n

1.3. Ja Klients v\u0113las rezerv\u0113t pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumus atbilsto\u0161i Hansabuss atbild\u0113 nor\u0101d\u012btajiem noteikumiem, tam ir j\u0101iesniedz Hansabuss Pas\u016bt\u012bjums, reproduc\u0113jam\u0101 rakstisk\u0101 form\u0101t\u0101 un atbilsto\u0161i \u0161eit nor\u0101d\u012btaj\u0101m pras\u012bb\u0101m, uz noteikumiem, kas atbilst Hansabuss pied\u0101v\u0101jumam. Iesniedzot Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu, Klientam ir j\u0101inform\u0113 Hansabuss par galven\u0101 pasa\u017eiera v\u0101rdu un kontaktinform\u0101ciju.<\/p>\n

1.4. Ja Hansabuss sp\u0113j nodro\u0161in\u0101t pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumus atbilsto\u0161i Pas\u016bt\u012bjum\u0101 nor\u0101d\u012btajiem noteikumiem, Hansabuss nos\u016bt\u012bs Klientam Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma apstiprin\u0101jumu reproduc\u0113jam\u0101 rakstisk\u0101 form\u0101t\u0101 vienas darba dienas laik\u0101 p\u0113c Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma sa\u0146em\u0161anas. Vismaz 1 dienu pirms pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas uzs\u0101k\u0161anas Hansabuss inform\u0113s Klientu par autobusa re\u0123istr\u0101cijas numuru, vad\u012bt\u0101ja v\u0101rdu (vad\u012bt\u0101ju v\u0101rdus) un telefona numuru. Ja puses t\u0101 skaidri vienojas, Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu var apstiprin\u0101t mutiski.<\/p>\n

1.5. Pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu l\u012bgums tiek nosl\u0113gts br\u012bd\u012b, kad Klients sa\u0146em Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma apstiprin\u0101jumu. Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma apstiprin\u0101jums vai jebkur\u0161 cits pazi\u0146ojums, kas nos\u016bt\u012bts uz adresi, e-pastu vai faksa numuru, k\u0101 nor\u0101d\u012bts 1.2. punkt\u0101, tiks uzskat\u012bts par sa\u0146emtu Klienta n\u0101kamaj\u0101 darba dien\u0101 p\u0113c nos\u016bt\u012b\u0161anas, v\u0113l\u0101kais.<\/p>\n

1.6. Klientam ir j\u0101inform\u0113 Hansabuss par Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma apstiprin\u0101juma sa\u0146em\u0161anu un j\u0101samaks\u0101 priek\u0161apmaksas r\u0113\u0137in\u0101 nor\u0101d\u012bt\u0101 summa l\u012bdz t\u0101 termi\u0146am. Priek\u0161apmaksa nav atmaks\u0101jama.<\/p>\n

1.7. Klients ir ties\u012bgs iesniegt Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu ar\u012b bez nepiecie\u0161am\u012bbas iesniegt kot\u0101cijas piepras\u012bjumu. \u0160aj\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101 pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu l\u012bgums tiek nosl\u0113gts saska\u0146\u0101 ar proced\u016bru, kas izkl\u0101st\u012bta \u0161eit no 1.3. l\u012bdz 1.6. punktam.<\/p>\n

Pras\u012bbas kot\u0101cijas piepras\u012bjumam un pas\u016bt\u012bjumam Kot\u0101cijas piepras\u012bjums un Pas\u016bt\u012bjums iesniedzami reproduc\u0113jam\u0101 rakstisk\u0101 form\u0101 (Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu var iesniegt mutiski tikai ar iepriek\u0161\u0113ju Hansabuss piekri\u0161anu). Kot\u0101cijas piepras\u012bjum\u0101 un Pas\u016bt\u012bjum\u0101 ir j\u0101nor\u0101da \u0161\u0101da inform\u0101cija:<\/p>\n

2.1. Brauciena s\u0101kuma datums, laiks un adrese (izcelsmes vieta);<\/p>\n

2.2. Brauciena beigu datums, laiks un adrese (galam\u0113r\u0137is);<\/p>\n

2.3. Brauciena mar\u0161ruts (atsevi\u0161\u0137i katrai dienai, iek\u013caujot laikus un galam\u0113r\u0137us);<\/p>\n

2.4. Pasa\u017eieru skaits;<\/p>\n

2.5. Autobusa veids saska\u0146\u0101 ar aprakstiem, kas sniegti Hansabuss m\u0101jaslap\u0101 www.hansabuss.ee;<\/p>\n

2.6. Ikviens cits papildus pakalpojums (naktsm\u012btnes, \u0113din\u0101\u0161ana, ekskursiju vad\u012bt\u0101js, ku\u0123a bi\u013cetes, ce\u013ca nodevas utt.);<\/p>\n

2.7. Klienta inform\u0101cija (uz\u0146\u0113muma\/v\u0101rda nosaukums, re\u0123istr\u0101cijas kods, dz\u012bvesvietas\/vietas adrese, telefona un e-pasta adrese, un, ja ir juridiska persona, ar\u012b kontaktpersonas v\u0101rds un kontaktinform\u0101cija);<\/p>\n

2.8. Iesp\u0113jam\u0101s \u012bpa\u0161\u0101s pras\u012bbas vai vajadz\u012bbas saist\u012btas ar pasa\u017eieru piepras\u012bjumiem, kas b\u016btiski ietekm\u0113 pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anu (iek\u013caujot pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvieto\u0161an\u0101s gr\u016bt\u012bbas);<\/p>\n

2.9. Jebkura cita Klientam noz\u012bm\u012bga inform\u0101cija.<\/p>\n

Cenas<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.1. Hansabuss pakalpojumu cenas ietver: maksu par autobusa lieto\u0161anu, vad\u012bt\u0101ja algu (ieskaitot darba algas nodok\u013cus, piem\u0113ram, soci\u0101lo nodokli) un degvielas izdevumus (ieskaitot degvielas akc\u012bzes nodokli).<\/p>\n

3.2. Pie maksas tiek pieskait\u012btas jebk\u0101das izmaksas, kas nav iek\u013cautas pakalpojumu maks\u0101 saska\u0146\u0101 ar \u0161o 3.1. punktu, ieskaitot vad\u012bt\u0101ja naktsm\u012btnes izdevumus (ieskaitot brokastis), pr\u0101mja un ku\u0123a bi\u013cetes, ce\u013ca un tilta nodevas, autost\u0101vvietas nodevas, pies\u0101r\u0146ojuma maksas un l\u012bdz\u012bgas izmaksas.<\/p>\n

3.3. Hansabuss ir ties\u012bgs palielin\u0101t cenu par apstiprin\u0101tu Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu, par to inform\u0113jot Klientu vismaz 10 (desmit) kalend\u0101r\u0101s dienas pirms pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas uzs\u0101k\u0161anas, ja rodas k\u0101ds no \u0161iem apst\u0101k\u013ciem:<\/p>\n

3.3.1. Nodok\u013cu, nodevu, pakalpojumu maksas vai citu pakalpojumu tie\u0161i saist\u012btu izmaksu palielin\u0101jumi (iek\u013caujot autobusa izmanto\u0161anu), ja tas ietekm\u0113 pakalpojumu izmaksas;
\n3.3.2. Transporta vai degvielas izmaksu pieaugums;
\n3.3.3. Val\u016btas kursu izmai\u0146as.<\/p>\n

Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma atcel\u0161ana<\/strong><\/p>\n

4.1. Klients ir ties\u012bgs atcelt vai main\u012bt Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu, par to pazi\u0146ojot Hansabuss vismaz 7 (septi\u0146as) kalend\u0101r\u0101s dienas iepriek\u0161 par transportu Igaunijas robe\u017e\u0101s (turpm\u0101k \u2013 Iek\u0161zemes transports) vai vismaz 14 (\u010detrpadsmit) kalend\u0101r\u0101s dienas iepriek\u0161 par transportu \u0101rpus Igaunijas (turpm\u0101k \u2013 Starptautiskais transports), s\u0101kot no pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas uzs\u0101k\u0161anas datuma.<\/p>\n

4.2. Ja Klients sniedz \u012bs\u0101ku pazi\u0146ojumu par Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma atcel\u0161anu vai izmai\u0146\u0101m nek\u0101 \u0161eit noteikts 4.1. punkt\u0101, Hansabuss ir ties\u012bgs piepras\u012bt l\u012bgumsodi summas zem\u0101k nor\u0101d\u012btaj\u0101 apjom\u0101, kas Klientam ir j\u0101maks\u0101 uzreiz p\u0113c attiec\u012bg\u0101 piepras\u012bjuma sa\u0146em\u0161anas:<\/p>\n

Iek\u0161zemes transports:<\/strong>
\n50% no Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma izmaks\u0101m, izsl\u0113dzot pievienot\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bbas nodokli, ja Klients sniedz pazi\u0146ojumu par Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma atcel\u0161anu vai izmai\u0146\u0101m 6 (se\u0161as) l\u012bdz 4 (\u010detras) kalend\u0101r\u0101s dienas pirms pl\u0101not\u0101 pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas uzs\u0101k\u0161anas datuma;
\n100% no Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma izmaks\u0101m, izsl\u0113dzot pievienot\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bbas nodokli, ja Klients sniedz pazi\u0146ojumu par Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma atcel\u0161anu vai izmai\u0146\u0101m 3 (tr\u012bs) l\u012bdz 1 (viena) kalend\u0101r\u0101s dienas pirms pl\u0101not\u0101 pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas uzs\u0101k\u0161anas datuma;<\/p>\n

Starptautiskais transports:<\/strong>
\n50% no Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma izmaks\u0101m, izsl\u0113dzot pievienot\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bbas nodokli, ja Klients sniedz pazi\u0146ojumu par Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma atcel\u0161anu vai izmai\u0146\u0101m 13 (tr\u012bspadsmit) l\u012bdz 7 (septi\u0146as) kalend\u0101r\u0101s dienas pirms pl\u0101not\u0101 pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas uzs\u0101k\u0161anas datuma;
\n100% no Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma izmaks\u0101m izsl\u0113dzot pievienot\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bbas nodokli, ja Klients sniedz pazi\u0146ojumu par Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma atcel\u0161anu vai izmai\u0146\u0101m 6 (se\u0161as) l\u012bdz 1 (viena) kalend\u0101r\u0101s dienas pirms pl\u0101not\u0101 pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas uzs\u0101k\u0161anas datuma;<\/p>\n

4.3. Ja Klients v\u0113las atcelt Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu, Klientam ir j\u0101inform\u0113 Hansabuss par to atsevi\u0161\u0137i reproduc\u0113jam\u0101 rakstisk\u0101 form\u0101t\u0101 (neskatoties uz 5.3. punkta noteikumiem \u0161eit).
\n4.4. Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma izmai\u0146as tiek veiktas tikai p\u0113c p\u0101rvad\u0101t\u0101ja iesp\u0113j\u0101m.
\n4.5. Ja izmai\u0146as pas\u016bt\u012bjum\u0101 veiktas maz\u0101k nek\u0101 7 dienas pirms ce\u013cojuma, par vienu izmai\u0146u tiks piem\u0113rota papildu maksa 50 eiro apm\u0113r\u0101.
\n4.6. Transportl\u012bdzek\u013ca ietilp\u012bba apstiprin\u0101jum\u0101 ir indikat\u012bva. Prec\u012bzas transportl\u012bdzek\u013ca deta\u013cas tiks nos\u016bt\u012btas 24 stundas pirms izbrauk\u0161anas.<\/p>\n

Apmaksa<\/strong><\/p>\n

5.1. Maksa par Hansabuss sniegtajiem pakalpojumiem tiek noteikta katr\u0101 individu\u0101l\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101, vienojoties starp Pus\u0113m.
\n5.2. Papildus maksu par pakalpojumiem, kas nor\u0101d\u012bta 5.1. punkt\u0101, Klientam ir j\u0101maks\u0101 jebkuras papildu izmaksas, ko Hansabuss sedz\u0113ju\u0161i pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas laik\u0101, saska\u0146\u0101 ar r\u0113\u0137inu, kas iesniegts p\u0113c pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas.<\/p>\n

5.3. Hansabuss ir ties\u012bgs piepras\u012bt no Klienta avansa maks\u0101jumu par sniedzamajiem pakalpojumiem saska\u0146\u0101 ar avansa r\u0113\u0137inu, ko iesniedzis Hansabuss. Ja Klients nesamaks\u0101 avansa r\u0113\u0137in\u0101 nor\u0101d\u012bto summu l\u012bdz maks\u0101juma termi\u0146am, Hansabuss ir ties\u012bgs uzskat\u012bt, ka Klients ir atteicies no Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma un neatrisin\u0101t Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu. Ja Klients nesniedz pazi\u0146ojumu par Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma atcel\u0161anu saska\u0146\u0101 ar \u0161o 4. punktu un Hansabuss uzs\u0101k pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anu, neraugoties uz avansa maks\u0101juma tr\u016bkumu, Hansabuss ir ties\u012bgs piepras\u012bt l\u012bgumsodu, kas atbilst Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma kop\u0113jam izmaks\u0101m, iz\u0146emot pievienot\u0101s v\u0113rt\u012bbas nodokli, un Klientam tas j\u0101maks\u0101 nekav\u0113joties, sa\u0146emot attiec\u012bgo pras\u012bbu.<\/p>\n

5.4. Klients samaks\u0101 par pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumiem (ieskaitot papildu izmaksas) saska\u0146\u0101 ar Hansabuss iesniegto r\u0113\u0137inu. Klientam 7 (septi\u0146u) kalend\u0101ro dienu laik\u0101 p\u0113c Hansabuss r\u0113\u0137ina nos\u016bt\u012b\u0161anas j\u0101p\u0101rskaita r\u0113\u0137in\u0101 nor\u0101d\u012bt\u0101 summa uz bankas kontu, kas nor\u0101d\u012bts r\u0113\u0137in\u0101. Hansabuss nos\u016bt\u012bs r\u0113\u0137inu pa e-pastu vai faksu uz adresi vai numuru, kas nor\u0101d\u012bts 1.2. punkt\u0101, ja puses nav vienoju\u0161\u0101s cit\u0101di.<\/p>\n

5.5. Ar Klientu apkalpo\u0161anas speci\u0101lista piekri\u0161anu Klients var maks\u0101t par sniegtajiem pakalpojumiem ar\u012b veidos, kas nav p\u0101rskait\u012bjumi, tas ir, skaidr\u0101 naud\u0101 vai ar kred\u012btkarti (Visa, MasterCard vai Eurocard) autobus\u0101 vai p\u0113c pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas.<\/p>\n

5.6. Finan\u0161u saist\u012bbas pret Hansabuss tiek uzskat\u012btas par izpild\u012bt\u0101m, kad r\u0113\u0137in\u0101 nor\u0101d\u012bt\u0101 summa piln\u012bb\u0101 iemaks\u0101ta bankas kont\u0101, ko nor\u0101d\u012bjis Hansabuss.<\/p>\n

5.7. Par jebkuru nov\u0113loto summu Hansabuss ir ties\u012bgs piepras\u012bt kav\u0113juma naudu 0,2% apm\u0113r\u0101 par katru kav\u0113juma kalend\u0101ro dienu.<\/p>\n

Papildu ties\u012bbas un pien\u0101kumi Hansabuss<\/strong><\/p>\n

6.1. Hansabuss ap\u0146emas nodro\u0161in\u0101t pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumus, k\u0101 norun\u0101ts starp Pus\u0113m (iek\u013cauts Pas\u016bt\u012bjuma apstiprin\u0101jums), \u0161ajos P\u0101rdo\u0161anas noteikumos, P\u0101rvad\u0101jumu noteikumos un Latvijas Republikas piem\u0113rojamos ties\u012bbu aktos, \u0146emot v\u0113r\u0101 parastos pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas standartus.<\/p>\n

6.2. Ja Pasa\u017eieris, kam Hansabuss sniedz pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumus, neizpilda Hansabuss noteiktos noteikumus, ieskaitot P\u0101rvad\u0101jumu noteikumus, uzved\u012bbas noteikumus autobus\u0101, varas iest\u0101\u017eu r\u012bkojumus vai nor\u0101d\u012bjumus vai ties\u012bbu aktus, un ar\u012b ja Pasa\u017eieris vai vi\u0146a bag\u0101\u017ea nav gatava transport\u0113\u0161anai norun\u0101taj\u0101 viet\u0101 un laik\u0101 jebk\u0101du iemeslu d\u0113\u013c, Hansabuss ir ties\u012bgs p\u0113c saviem ieskatiem p\u0101rtraukt pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu l\u012bguma snieg\u0161anu, atcelt pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu l\u012bgumu, uzs\u0101kt braucienu un\/vai piepras\u012bt no Klienta kompens\u0101ciju par jebk\u0101diem zaud\u0113jumiem vai boj\u0101jumiem.<\/p>\n

6.3. Hansabuss ir ties\u012bgs izmantot citu pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113ju pakalpojumus, lai izpild\u012btu Klienta pas\u016bt\u012bjumu, ja Hansabuss pats nesp\u0113j izpild\u012bt Pas\u016bt\u012bjumu, izmantojot savus resursus. \u0160aj\u0101 gad\u012bjum\u0101 Hansabuss inform\u0113s Klientu par pakalpojumu sniedz\u0113ja nosaukumu un kontaktinform\u0101ciju. Klients maks\u0101s Hansabuss par pl\u0101noto transportu t\u0101, it k\u0101 pakalpojumi tiktu sniegti, izmantojot Hansabuss transportl\u012bdzekli.<\/p>\n

6.4. Hansabuss ap\u0146emas:
\n6.4.1. Nodro\u0161in\u0101t klientu apkalpo\u0161anu latvie\u0161u valod\u0101;
\n6.4.2. Nodro\u0161in\u0101t Klientam lieto\u0161anai autobusu(-us) lab\u0101 tehnisk\u0101 st\u0101vokl\u012b, kas ir t\u012brs un apg\u0101d\u0101ts ar vad\u012bt\u0101ju(-iem) saska\u0146\u0101 ar pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu l\u012bguma nosac\u012bjumiem; Ap\u0123\u0113rbt vad\u012bt\u0101ju(-us) formas t\u0113rp\u0101: izgludin\u0101tas bikses, svin\u012bga krekla, tum\u0161ie apavi un kaklasaite;
\n6.4.3. Nodro\u0161in\u0101t autobusa(-u) pieejam\u012bbu nor\u0101d\u012btaj\u0101 viet\u0101 un laik\u0101, kas apstiprin\u0101ts Hansabuss Pas\u016bt\u012bjum\u0101;
\n6.4.4. Tehniskas k\u013c\u016bmes gad\u012bjum\u0101 autobusu(-os) pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas laik\u0101 veikt visus sapr\u0101t\u012bgos pas\u0101kumus, ko no t\u0101 var\u0113tu sagaid\u012bt, lai nov\u0113rstu k\u013c\u016bmi un turpin\u0101tu braucienu un, ja nepiecie\u0161ams un iesp\u0113jams, aizst\u0101t boj\u0101to(-os) autobusu(-us) ar l\u012bdzv\u0113rt\u012bgo(-iem);
\n6.4.5. Nodro\u0161in\u0101t autobusa(-u) degvielu.<\/p>\n

Papildu ties\u012bbas un pien\u0101kumi Klientam<\/strong><\/p>\n

7.1. Braucieniem, kas ilg\u0101ki par vienu dienu, Klients ap\u0146emas sniegt Hansabuss detaliz\u0113tu mar\u0161rutu (laiki, mar\u0161ruti, galam\u0113r\u0137i un pieturas) atsevi\u0161\u0137i katrai dienai ne v\u0113l\u0101k k\u0101 5 (pieci) kalend\u0101ro dienu pirms pasa\u017eieru p\u0101rvad\u0101jumu pakalpojumu snieg\u0161anas uzs\u0101k\u0161anas.
